Central beliggenhed, privat og aflåst garage, tæt ved indkøb og tæt ved havnen. Ren lejlighed, fuldt anvendeligt køkken, ingen nabostøj.

El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo además no se escuchan ruidos. Está en una zona muy tranquila y abierta.El parking está dentro del edificio y sigue siendo muy amplio y cómodo.

Nice property about a 20-30 min walk from old town Ponte Delgada. Super easy access to major roads without having to navigate the tiny old town streets was a big plus. One of the very few properties with 2 bedrooms, both with Queen/King beds and two bathrooms.
The property is rated for 6 guests, 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch. But, the kitchen only 3 units of specific things like wine glasses. Not a big deal, as there were only 2 of us. The only downsides were the bed pillows which were huge hard lumps, and the bathroom towels which smelled like mold. Towels were changed once during the 9 days we were there, and the "fresh" towels were left folded on beds. The towels were still damp and smelled strongly of mold. It's a very humid climate, so towels will smell if they are not fully dried. Left damp, they stink.

L'appartement est très spacieux, avec 2 salles de bain. La pièce principale est grande. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Une très belle attention nous attendait à notre arrivée : l'hôte nous a offert des biscuits, limonades et du vin. La proximité immédiate des commerces (supermarché, boulangerie...) La proximité de la mer et du centre-ville (1,5km) Le stationnement gratuit dans la rue
pas de VMC. la chambre du fond est humide. Il faut bien la ventiler.
