    Ideal for races but needs some TLC

    The apartment was ideal as it was very close to Doncaster Race Course which was the reason we were there. I’ve used Homecrowd apartments a number of times and are normally no issues

    The apartment needs some cosmetic work on it. Bathroom sink needs replacing due to it having cracks in it and has a slight blockage, cutlery all needs to be washed ( most of it very sticky/dirty, door shelving on fridge need replacing due to it being broken on one side and cleaning not being done properly

    Nice, pleasant and comfy.

    Good location for what we wanted.

    We personally thought the communal areas could do with decorating, but appreciate that may not be down to you.

    I did not feel comfortable.

    The location was close to the city centre

    It was not clean . There was mould everywhere- the fridge, shower glass. Even the location to pick up the keys was not clean. The carpet and couch in the living room had stains. The rug was worn out. There were no basic supplies- no toothpaste, dish soap, shower gel, towels. The apartment had a weird smell. The toilet brush was worn out. Things were just not maintained which is a shame as it has potential.
