    The location is excellent

    the apartment was neither clean nor well-maintained. There is a smell of dampness throughout the place. The second bedroom is located on a lower level and lacks proper ventilation, which causes a very strong smell of dampness. The apartment was not clean; it was dusty and dirty.

    Las instalaciones se ven un poco deterioradas por el paso del tiempo y me hubiera gustado que me hubieran dado la opción de guardar las maletas un par de horas después del check out.

    Overall a great stay, great location in a wonderful area of the history centre of Rome!

    Great location! Right near the Trevi fountain. The apartment was beautiful, roomy and had a wonderful Italian flare with antiques and huge windows with one side looking onto a cute garden. The beds were comfortable. The arrival went smoothly and the owner was responsive.

    The only drawbacks were the bathroom was a little dingy with some cracked tiles and a bit of mildew in the shower, and the basement room was a little musty and might be difficult for some to access down a narrow spiral staircase.
