Location in the historic center, in the immediate vicinity of the main landmarks

The bathroom was quite dirty, and the shower had broken parts. Although it was a double bed, it consisted of two soft mattresses that would slide apart during the night, leaving a gap. The bedside lamps were broken and hanging loose. The rooms are not well soundproofed, and you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

Great location for walking to everything.

Nice and close to the train station and very walkable to bridges and duomo and markets.

No private fridge. Cannot flush toilet paper. Some communication was confusing. For example, “leave lights and music on to prevent theft but turn everything off when you go out”; “do not leave valuables in the room but don’t take any valuables with you when you go out”. Messaging implied the room was not secure and prone to break ins. The actual location was fine.
