The bed was super cosy, the breakfast was perfect, warm pastries homemade granola a perfect set up for the day. A perfect stay to break our journey and set us up for the next day.

Clean well provided for initially.
We feel having been in at all levels of hospitality for many years well qualified to comment. The room was clean and well received on the first day, breakfast was nicely presented in a hamper continental style but would suggest at the price a hot breakfast should be provided! Problem for us was after a very long day of appointments we came back for your second night to a room that had not been touched!? Nothing made up or refreshed, a point that is an absolute no,no in a ( non self catering) accommodation offering? We learnt that the property is for sale and the owners have another main business, these factors clearly presided!

A lovely restful stay and by staying a bit further out we got to see more of Norfolk other than the main seaside towns.
The location was very quiet . The room and ensuite were a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and all homemade .
It was a little remote with no walkable restaurant or pub but we knew that when we booked.

Lovely breakfast, great room and amazing shower
Perhaps advise visitors to bring a shower cap if they don't want to wash their hair every day as the shower head is so big 😊
