    Nice Stay at "Home"

    Our dinners and breakfasts were wonderful, each carefully and creatively prepared to order. We felt as though we had a private chef catering to our needs. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was completely quiet. The rooftop pool and the pool by the spa and gym were wonderful in their own ways. The staff could not have been nicer. The feeling of coming "home" applies to staying at this property.

    We are older and realize that our eyesight is not what it once was, but the lighting in our room left a lot to be desired. While the large windows helped lessen our trouble being able to see everything clearly during the day, we honestly felt as though we needed to carry our phone flashlights with us in the evening. The lack of a light right inside the door was especially problematic. It seems the hotel was going after "understated cool" rather than "practical." In addition, the bathroom was a bit outdated. Finally, while the food was wonderful, prospective lodgers should note that the dining room itself is more of a casual cafe. There is no reason to dress up at all -- and many fellow lodgers took this to heart. We expected something a bit more upscale and formal.

    I am a regular visitor to the hotel. Charming and comfortable with all comforts.

    Exceptional. Fab decoration. Great staff. Good food. Staff amazing. Molly and Maggie the in house dogs a delight.

    Voor kort verblijf oké

    De ontvangst aan de poort door Austin was super. Ook de excursie via hotel met Trevor was een aanrader.

    De service voor 2 uur langer je kamer aanhouden kon tegen betaling dag prijs -20%. Receptioniste van die dag niet echt meedenkend. Op de dag van vertrek konden we hem toch 2 uur langer houden zonder bij betaling 1 kamer. Deze receptioniste dacht wel mee.
