    Meh.

    The location of the home was great. That is about the only thing that was good though.

    The home had a window that would not lock, there were spider webs, the pans to cook with were terrible, the non stick was coming off and into our food. We had to purchase our own. The customer service was completely crap. I had asked to have a person call and speak to me but they never did. We arrived early, per the booking times and they started they did not receive them- we waited for 2 hours out of the home just to get in. They were not accommodating to anything. The pullout bed’s mattress was as thing as ever leaving one to feel every bar from the bed having a terrible good night sleep. We ended up leaving a day early due to everything and still having no personal contact with anyone from customer service besides texting. They filed a “claim for refund” even just something I asked as it was not a pleasant stay as we were hoping. We still have not heard back from them. I would not recommend this property, as I have stayed at many resorts and air bnb but this one has been one of the not great ones.
