  Soggiorno piacevole. Siamo stati davvero benissimo!

  Ottima posizione geografica, il locale era pulito e non mancava nulla. Im proprietario davvero gentile e disponibile.

  Côté positif : emplacement et l’espace de vie. Côté négatif : pas assez de vaisselle et les caméras à l’extérieur.

  Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement du logement. Le logement est très spacieux et nous pouvions garer nos 2 voitures facilement.

  L’équipement dans la cuisine était très limité. Pas assez de vaisselle et d’ustensiles pour cuisiner et le comble … 3 bols pour 6 !!! … pas assez de verres non plus !! Pour les bols , le propriétaire nous a informé que les derniers locataires les avait cassés ! Il nous a laissé avec 3 bols . Il est évident qu’il faut changer et remplacer son équipement pour les prochains locataires !!!! Surtout que ces 3 bols étaient fêlés !!! Attention il y a des caméras de surveillance à l’extérieur et qui n’aient pas précisé sur l’annonce.

  Large house in nice surroundings, beautiful panorama.

  Nice surroundings, beautiful panorama, 10 minutes drive from Monreale.

  The beds in the second bedroom were too soft. (It is not a complain, but a useful info) The kitchen utensils should be revised and improved. (3 mugs are not enough for a house with 3 bedrooms; not a single tray to bring glasses to the garden, etc.) An information leaflet would be very useful: where is the nearest place to get bread, milk, groceries.

  Lovely Villa and Views, but Better Kitchen Facilities Are Needed

  We had a pleasant 5-night stay at this villa near Palermo. The location is peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to relax away from the city bustle. The lawn and garden area were very nice and offered beautiful views, which we enjoyed every day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having air conditioning in all rooms was a huge advantage during the hot weather. The bathrooms and toilets were spotless, and the same high standard of cleanliness applied throughout the entire house.

  The main downside was the kitchen equipment. Previous guests appear to have mentioned this as well, but unfortunately the issue does not seem to have been addressed. The non-stick pots and pans have badly worn coatings and are no longer in good condition. There was also no cutting board or kitchen knife available for food preparation. For guests staying only a night or two this may not be a major issue, but for longer stays like ours (5 days), it makes self-catering quite difficult. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and invests in a better-equipped kitchen with decent utensils. Another drawback was the absence of a dishwasher.

  Great house with wonderful view and lots of parking, garden has potential but needs work.

  House was very new and spacious, large rooms and excellent showers and bathrooms - aircon was excellent and the view from the garden of the surrounding hills was spectacular.

  Kitchen was a bit under-equipped especially if you're thinking of cooking for a family and it could have done with a dishwasher. A gazebo in the garden and some more outdoor lighting and furniture would have definitely helped.
