I was walked to another hotel they charged me the same price for a room my son could not stay in

They called my after driving 5 hours and told me they could not accommodate me, set me up in another hotel with one king instead of the two queens I booked..charged me the same amount terrible about dealing with it

Customer service was terrible never again

Definitely good location and amenities but need maintenance

The location is great, alot to do within walking distance. The staff is friendly and nice, the rooms are spacious and has almost everything u need. Ac/heat work good and good tv selection

Seems that rooms may need some maintenance, the room we were in, has a slide bathroom door which kept derailing every time we open and close, the shower head is a complete mess, doesn't work and its confusing to operate
