Very nice, convenient to highway.
Room was very large, clean and comfortable. Also had a kitchen and complimentary breakfast. Staff was pleasant.

Didn’t happen because it was canceled the day we were supposed to check in.
I don’t know. I was looking forward to staying here but the day we were supposed to check in they called me and told me my reservation was canceled because they overbooked. I love Home2Suites and will stay at one anytime I can so it was really sad and disappointing to have to scramble to find a place to stay the day we were arriving for move in.

Horrible experience, but it improved after housekeeping manager went out of her way to re-clean room
Location, great overall build aesthetics, provides breakfast, clean appearing pool and seating outside, amazing workout room. The housekeeping Manager went out of her way to accommodate us after her employee left a dirty room.
The carpets in the halls and rooms were dingy, the sofa bed had a dirty mattress cover, which should be cleaned with sheets after each guest, the pillows smelled and they didn’t have any pillowcases. I had to go get the pillowcases. Next, the toilet had pubic hairs and urine dried up on it. The refrigerator had crumbs and a ring of food from the previous guests. The housekeeping manager came in and cleaned everything thoroughly. She gave us new sheets for the queen size beds. We made the beds ourselves, including the mattress pads, but the mattresses had big yellow stains all over the middle. All hotel rooms should have waterproof bed, bugproof mattress, coverings that zip up! The elevator was out and the AC on the elevator. We had to ride in the elevator in the dark while being overheated. Things improved once the house keeping a manager helped us. And the last day at the end of the evening, the elevator was finally fixed. I would say that it was a one for ratings and after she helped us honestly it was more like a 3 1/2. I am very disappointed that a manager has not contacted me, especially being an honors member.
