    Clean. I liked that the rooms were hardwood floor, no icky carpet, but it did play a part with the sound.

    Adults in the hallway who let their kids run like animals and constantly yelling at one another

    I don't drink coffee. I like a cup of tea in the morning. The hot water for tea at your breakfast bar was brown and full of (?coffee grounds?) Sure smelled like coffee and didn't make my tea taste very good. No tea for me. Even if you rinse the carafe out the coffee taste lingers. Please keep a carafe set aside just for hot water.
