Nice location with room for improvement
Location. Breakfast area presentation, cleanliness and quality improved noticeably since my last stay in May 2026. Staff very friendly.
Roomservice has not cleaned room for 3 consecutive days. When I asked staff for the reason, she checked and noticed that room was forgotten. The actual answer was - I guess the staff was too busy and did not get to it. Next to my room they had the same issue. I believe that the room cleaning process should be reviewed and improved, also the front desk staff should be trained to focus on customer satisfaction
