Overall our stay was very good. It was convenient to the coliseum.
Breakfast was good/sufficient. What I ate tasted fine. The variety was good. The room was large and comfortable.
Breakfast: The boiled eggs should have already been pealed. Pealing them was a mess and inconvenient. Would have preferred real scrambled eggs instead of the egg patties (or whatever they were called). The oatmeal was very thick and required a lot of milk and butter to make the consistency better. It did taste good though. Room: The shower would have been better if there was a hand-held shower head. There was no reaching the shower head and making any sort of adjustment to the water flow. I could not reach it. There was a lot of 'water' sound - sounded like we were in a washing machine or waves were lapping. We surmised it was from the downspout outside our window and the heavy rain. It was so loud at times I couldn't sleep. It might be good to forewarn your customers of this - or better yet - figure out a way to alleviate the issue.

Overall, a good experience. Friendly staff, clean room, and I would recommend it.
The breakfast was good, and the location was easy to find. Overall, it was a convenient place to stay.
The shuttle service was disappointing. I had to wait more than 50 minutes for the shuttle, which was much longer than expected.

I like that they had good staff welcoming
I saw a roach in bathroom and where i booked at on booking.com it said $10 private parking and it said public parking when i saw i saw that i assume the regular parking was free because of how it was worded but i explained that it needed to be cleared in text that it’s not for just $10 private parking it’s for parking in general i have never paid for parking at a hotel and then i couldn’t get a refund which was like yea my last time here
