    location was fine

    very dry breakfast sandwich and there was no bacon or breakfast sausage, this is Canada. The regular cutlery was in an odd place and the fruit was hard to find

    Good value

    The room was a great value and location was safe.

    We had to check out early due to bad weather on our commute home. I spoke with the front desk 2 times regarding this and they directed me to contact booking.com to refund the unused night. After contacting customer service, they said the hotel manager would need to approve the refund and I should hear in 24 hrs. I haven’t heard from anyone from booking.com or the hotel and it’s been over 48hrs now. I would give top ratings for this hotel if that issue was resolved. Edit- issue was resolved so I’ve updated my review. Thank you!!
