    I paid for a room with two beds and a sofa couch. I was given the key card by Andrea and went up to that room. There was luggage and a man in the room already. Thankfully he was sleep and at least had on shorts. I was appalled!!! I went back to the front desk and Andrea was typing in her computer for a long time. She said there was another available, but her coworker "just gave it away". Worst customer service in that instance. She offered us a king with sofa and we took it as it was clear she was drowning in her attempt to resolve our issue. We stayed overnight to catch our cruise ship the next day. So glad we did not have to stay longer. The whole time we were paranoid that someone could walk into our room as well. I will never stay at this property again.
