One of the worst stays we've experienced.
The staff was friendly. Location was great.
Bed was too hard. The bathroom sink was clogged. The kitchenette sink stunk really bad. We had to request more pillows, blankets and towels (there were 3 of us and room was only set up for 2). The breakfast menu was almost down to nothing. The toaster and waffle maker were not working. The preheated breakfast sandwiches were still frozen in the middle. Only decaf coffee was available. Elevator was always dirty. The trashcan stunk bad at the 5th floor once exiting the elevators. There were people hanging out in the parking lot, on their lounge chairs with music on.

Close to destination
Woke up early for Disneyland with NO towels available in the room. Had to go downstairs at 4:50 am for towels . Then I get in tge shower to see it still dirty. With hair from shaver in bathroom as well as hair stands . The bathroom sick is loose , but still worked . The room looks as it was cleaned in a rush. And we breakfast that Always was my favorite is now not my favorite at at all. Why promote complimentary breakfast when it’s not available. All there was as waffles (SUGAR) and oatmeal . Just white toast for the toasted maker . No heathy choices what happened to scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bagels? We save up for our vacation for us to come to such an upsetting stay! Come on Hilton do better !

It was clean enough
The staff seemed short! Asked for towels 3 times but never received it! Went downstairs and was told they are still drying??

I have never had a negative experience until staying here
I cant recall much
The beds were very shaky. There was never a manager to address the issue of not getting the room I booked or ever having our trash taken out or fresh towels / toilet paper. We had to leave trash and towels out of our room since they would not come clean after asking multiple times. There were only two trash cans that were by the front desk and they were always full
