    The cleanliness of the room

    I didn’t like the staff. I was being helped by one gentlemen and I asked him a question about family visiting while I would be staying there. This older white woman rudely interrupts him speaking to me, calls me a liar and tells me that no one at that location told me that family could visit while staying there. Once the conversation was over she still continued to speak on the topic instead of helping the other customers that were waiting in behind me.
