    I am so grateful for those employees who work at this hotel for ensuring our stay was pleasant. These days and times its SO hard to find a simply clean space to lay your head. I always bring my own bed & bath linen no matter where I go. But this is the 1st time I didn't feel disturbed by the looks of the hotels linen. It looks clean enough to trust. Bathroom CLEAN! And the host & hostesses at front desk were exceptionally kind & thoughtful. I hope they never lose the pride they show in this hotel because they are winning! Keep up the good work. Kuddos to the mgmt. team, front line who are getting it done! 👏👏👏👏👏👏

    There was a slight pungent odor upon entering the suite. Considering everything else that was right, I am still plenty grateful. Maybe consider completely getting rid of carpet, as that traps odors.

    Poop towel was probably a freak accident but they didn’t handle their system being down very well. 1 week after my stay

    Nice rooms

    I had a towel hanging up that was “clean” but actually had dried up poop on it. I was also double charged for a room. Once from booking.com and from the Home2suites because. The hotels system was down. Hotel said they can’t do anything about it and I need to issue a refund through booking.com cause they can’t see I booked it even after their systems were up.
