    The room and breakfast were good. Walking distance to the University was a plus.

    There was no hot water. Having to run the water for 15 minutes before getting Luke warm water was not pleasant and besides it a waste of a resource. We were on the 6th floor. Would have given an excellent rating except for no hot water.

    Will not visit this location again

    The people at the front desk were nice and welcoming.

    The beds were tilted and the mattresses were worn. We did not sleep either night we were there. The cat next door was meowing all night. The bedding was ripped and worn, rather disgusting.

    Convenience in a luxurious home away from home

    It was really nice.

    The kitchen area was dusty. Of course I wiped it clean and rewashed the dishes. But the kitchen was awesome. Just enough dishes to accommodate and a nice fridge.
