    The rooms are comfortable nice pool area nice gym area nice and clean good stuff good communication I will be standing again in the future for sure

    How book.com had a virtual card when I made the arrangements in August and I had to wait an hour to get into my room

    Disappointing Stay Due to Housekeeping Issues

    I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights while traveling for business, and unfortunately the experience did not meet my expectations. The biggest issue was housekeeping. During my entire 9-night stay, my room was cleaned only once. Every day I asked about housekeeping, I was told they were short-staffed, but that shouldn’t come at the expense of guests who are paying for the service. If housekeeping cannot be provided daily, the hotel should at least communicate that clearly or offer alternatives such as fresh towels, toiletries, and trash removal. Another major concern was the strong odor coming from the bathroom, which was present throughout my stay. It made the room feel less clean and significantly affected my comfort. The staff was polite, but staffing shortages and maintenance issues had a major impact on my experience. For a hotel at this price point, I expected much better service. I hope management addresses these problems, but based on my 9-night stay, I would not choose to stay here again.
