Das Frühstück
Wir hatten das Zimmer auf Booking schon bezahlt. Es wurde uns vom Hotel im nach hinein 100 Dollar auf die Kreditkarte belastet. Habe 2 Mails geschrieben und nie eine Antwort erhalten.Das ist eine Unverschämtheit.

Overall, my family and I decided to make this hotel our home away from home when we visit Panama.
The breakfast was good and always on time. A nice selection to choose from.
One of the cleaning ladies was very rude when asking her a question. I found that unnecessary.

Nothing I was scheduled for a full weekend and as I get there we were hit that we had to pay 30$ per night for parking why this was the hotel parking not a third party parking, additional to the 657.$ we were paying, when we booked the 2 rooms i advise it was for 4 ADULTS i was never giving the option to choose the room so we got to the room and it was a queen bed and a Sofa yes a sofa bed with a thing mattress so we go down stairs to the front desk there was a total of 8 in our party i asked the lady in the front desk if she can help me to switch the room she said she only had 1 room with 2 queen size bed but it was going to be an additional 75 $ so as a person that worked in Hilton b4 in corporate i asked her if I can be relocated with my party of 8 oh and let me mention they had charged me already for the 1st night she told me she didn't have no were to relocate us and that i had booked thru a 3rd party that was booking. Com we proceed to cxl the reservation stay the one night and leave as i go to ck out I went to talk to the front desk as i had called corporate and was trying to advise Mr Charles and he proceed as well to prush me off very quickly. So I keep all my information and have contacted corporate.
Be aware you have to pay to park in there parking per night i will never stay at this location again.
