    They care

There were problems. I went to the manager. Racheal came to my room within 3 minutes and fixed all of them with a smile. I joshed she should be in maintenance and she said she did maintenance throughout her career. She sent me to the goat for dinner so she much have also been a food critic because it was great. Waitress said this tripadvisor is the best for hotels. A 1 star turned to a 5 star. People like this should be valued. I will be back.

I was given the incorrect rook from what I paid, and I am going on almost a month of trying to get a refund. Not pleased with management at all.
