I like the concept of Homes2Suites but the price is high and service is minimal.
The room was spacious. The Breakfast personnel were cheerful, helpful, courteous. But I would suggest that they offer whole milk in addition to Fat Free, Skim (which was the only milk available).
I did not like the sign at the check-in desk that said they charged $10/night for parking. When I asked if there was alternate parking, they answered no. The bed was not comfortable nor were the pillows. No light switch turned on any lights - even the switches by the door did nothing. TV selection was extremely poor - it relied on the customer having subscriptions to streaming apps. I did not like that because I booked with Booking.com, the hotel said they could not see any information on my booking. We were driving some distance and planned to arrive about 9pm but traffic and accidents were delaying our arrival to about 10pm and we didn't want to lose the reservation because we had appointments in Richmond the next morning. The hotel was unable to help us change our arrival time from 9 to 10pm. In the morning, when we were checking out, there was no one at the desk. The sign says that they will come right out - they are able to see us at the counter. Well, they may have seen us but, the finished whatever they were doing before coming out - and it would appear that they only staff the counter with one person.

Breakfast was good, with lots of options. The hotel was very clean, and the room was great. It is an fantastic option for an extended stay.
The pool closed at 10, so we weren't able to use it. I liked that the pool was indoors and saline, I just wished it would have been more accessible
