We had already prebooked a rim months in advance. When we got there was told, they were overbooked. Did not have a room for us argued with the girl. Because we had a family with kids did not want to drive 3 hours back home. Somehow she came up with the room did not understand that used my credit card to look for a room told me it would not be charged then turn around and charge me.( i was already prepaid for a room) Although after contacting the property, the charges were dropped was not happy with the girl. With all the rings in her face that I had to deal with.

The room is spacey
Requested bed sheets and blankets ahead of time for my kid. Had to inquire 3 times before housekeeping finally brought them up . No soap in the bathroom ..

There were so many things that were pure chaos the 3 nights we were there, I won’t be returning.
The location was great! Close to everything we were there for.
The staff was incapable of doing their job. The hotel was oversold and I booked a room with 2 Queen beds and they put us into a King room even though I booked 2 beds. I was there with my teenage son who is 6’5. We definitely needed 2 beds. There was only one working elevator and the A/C was broken in the elevators and whole lobby level. The keys to our hotel room doors were not working and had to be reprogrammed every time we needed to get in our rooms for the first 2 nights. I asked for extra pillows and blankets to be sent to our room multiple times and they were never brought up. I had to physically go get them from the front desk after they said they would be put in our room at least 3 times. They definitely seemed extremely short staffed.
