Great staff and comfortable bed!
Staff were very friendly and helpful! The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The breakfast wasn’t the best - egg, grits, etc sat there all morning under the heat lamp. Would be better to cook a little at a time so that it’s fresh for each customer. The waffles are great since you cook them yourself. The egg patties weren’t very good - couldn’t eat them!

Front desk staff and cleaning staff amazing. Facility was run down and smelled
Ariel at the front desk was the best! She was cleaning rooms and checking in people, doing 2 jobs at one time. She always had a smile on her face and never made the customer feel her stress. She deserves a promotion.
Rooms smelled. Air conditioning leaked on floor causing carpet to be wet. Hall ways very hot and humid. Breakfast was horrible and minimal.

Great town, great hotel, & a great visit! We stayed here during a visit to UofA. We were surprised at how welcoming the staff was. Check-in and out was extremely convenient. Very nice amenities as well.
