    Don’t expect anything and you’ll be fine

    Nothing special about the property. In general people want to have basic service as a minimum.

    Room cleaning is every 2 days. It didn’t happen. I reported it to the front desk, no apology and it was never corrected. Tue following day still no fresh towel or shower mat. I have to assume a this is a poorly run facility.

    The pool was not fit for use. We went in it and it stained all of our swimwear.

    Underwhelming and $$$$

    Full sized fridge in room, gym and pool.

    Room needed a deeper cleaning. Dirty mirror and rim on sink were dirty as well as bathroom floor. Compared to the Florence KY location this one was subpar. For the price, save your money and stay at the Holiday Inn across the street. My last time thru Vicksburg that was a better price and experience.
