    I got multiple calls late at night. 11pm, 11:30pm and past midnight because they had issues with Booking.com credit to their system. Not my problem since I paid but I kept getting woken up along with my 3 kids. Should have been addressed at check in or checkout. Not that late.

    Overall a good stay. We loved the spacious room, which worked well for our family of six. The staff were all great too!

    The room was spacious and had a nice kitchen area with a large refrigerator/freezer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

    The pull out bed was not comfortable at all. We had to use since we had 6 people in the room. The office chair had gross looking stains on it. Breakfast was just OK. There could have been a better selection of fresh fruit, and the meat for the sandwiches looked like it had been heated more than one time.
