When we arrived around 8ish and the young man at desk looked a little stressed. We got checked in and went to our room. We found long dark hairs in between the sheets, shower, bathroom floor and sink, under the TV, even in the refrigerator. When we called downstairs the young man, who was by himself, moved us up a couple of floors to a newly renovated room. We walked and we checked the room. We found that the room was not completely finished and had not been cleaned. When we called back downstairs the young man sent housekeeping to come clean. There was hair on the counter that she literally just used her hand and swiped it off into the floor. I asked her if she was going to vacuum since she threw the dirt and hair into the floor. She said no. I said well someone is going to have to do it. I also told her that using her hand to wipe everything in the floor does not make it clean. She acted like we were a bother. I told her if she didn't want to clean it to bring me something to clean with and I would do it. She walked out of the room and we continued to inspect the room where we found hairs in every single towel. She returned a few minutes later, we opened the door and she handed me a container of clorox wipes and walked away. I was completely blown away. Never ever is it OK for someone paying a lot of money to stay at a hotel to clean their own room. Especially when they just arrived. We called back downstairs and the young man brought us new towels to where he said they had just came out of the laundry and he had inspected them himself. I opened them to find more long black hair. I spent an hour scrubbing the room. The bathroom, the counters, everything. We told them we would stay the night because we were exhausted from a 9 hour drive with 2 children that were done with being in the car. Plus the room was actually clean now. We were told the manager would get with us first thing the next morning. I decided to take my kids to the pool for a few minutes.

Excellent accommodation in a good location.
A well appointed room, very spcious and clean and quiet. Staff very helpful. Mary, the recepetionist was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
