    Good location. Spacious and quiet room. Excellent cleanliness, with regular changes of towels and bed linen. Good room amenities. Hotel staff are kind and prompt. Good Wi-Fi. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frisco.

    Breakfast should be more varied from one day to the next. Roughly the same dishes were served every day.

    Will not ever book here again and I would suggest u don’t either

    I like the property very well, room was nice and clean and staff was great

    So this property has a elevator issue and the is first night my wife and I saw the fire department outside and didn’t think nothing of it, but the next day we got into the elevator and hit 4th floor and it went to 5 and said out of service then dropped us to the 1st floor and the doors opened with the button thankfully, then was greeted by the staff saying they thought they would have to call again like this is a daily occurrence. My wife panicked and then it was stairs from then on out. I know they make enough money to repair these elevators but the way the act is like they don’t care as long as it not them they will laugh it off
