    Spacious and comfortable, with a modern design

    We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with these apartments. Everything is new, very clean, and well maintained. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a modern design. The bed is very comfortable, and there are many power outlets throughout the apartment, which is really convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything needed for a longer stay, including a microwave, stove, coffee maker and all necessary utensils. Also washing machine, drying rack. The air conditioning works good, although it would be helpful to have a short instruction guide explaining the different settings. The location is excellent, we walked to the beach every day, and everything we needed was very close by - shops and restaurants. Check-in was very easy using a code lock. We also appreciated the welcome wine and water. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly choose this place again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Las Palmas.

    Segunda vez que me alojo en este apartamento y repetiría sin dudarlo. La ubicación es excelente, a un paso tanto del Parque Santa Catalina como de la playa de Las Canteras. El edificio y los apartamentos son nuevos, tal y como se muestran en las fotos, y todo estaba impecable a mi llegada. Mención especial a Almudena, que gestionó con gran eficacia y amabilidad un problema que tuve con la cerradura. Muy recomendable.
