Posizione comodissima, servita ottimamente da mezzi pubblici e con supermrcato proprio di fronte. Abbiamo apprezzato che ci abbiano fatto trovare una bottiglia di acqua nel frigo e le capsule del caffè. Ben fornita di utensili da cucina, presente lavastoviglie, lavatrice , forno e microonde. tutto nuovissimo.
l'appartamento è al piano romano, quindi non molto luminoso e affaccia su di un parcheggio. le poche scale sono un pochino " faticose", ma nulla di insormontabile. Comunque ci è piaciuto molto .

Nice flat spoiled by smelly drains and lack of fire exit.
The layout of the accommodation was ok. There were good restaurants and delis nearby. Convenient for the Metro.
There was a very strong smell of sewage from the en suite shower room which permeated into the sleeping area. The host sent a worker to clean the toilet area and shower waste which resolved the issue initially but the odour returned before we vacated the premises. Apparently it was caused by excessive rain - not an acceptable reason for me. Additionally the door locking system to this ground floor flat is electric and the windows are fitted with fixed steel security bars. We were concerned about an exit if there was a fire in the building as there was no manual release for the entrance door if the electrics failed. There was no mattress protector on our bed.

La casa en general estaba muy bien y estaba muy bien equipada. Ni pasamos nada de calor y eso que estábamos en plena ola de calor en Europa. Nos dejaron entrar antes incluso al ir con niños.
Que la zona de aparcamiento cercanos era todo de pago, y eso que la casa está a 45 minutos andando del centro.

Muy completo , espacioso y limpio. Tenías todo lo necesario para pasar unos días .

Apartamento bastante espaçoso e muito confortável. Ideal para uma viagem em família. Zona muito tranquila e com supermercado e paragem do tram mesmo ao lado que nos leva ao centro em 10 minutos. Excelente estadia!
