    Great location and plenty of space, let down by drainage smells and limited host support.

    The apartment is in a very central location and is spacious. Collecting the key was fairly straightforward, the bed linen and towels were clean, and the coffee pods were a nice touch.

    There was a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom, even though it looked clean, and the drains throughout the flat were very slow. The absorbent mat by the sink smelled once it got wet, so I had to rewash the cups, and no tea towels were provided. When I asked how to dispose of the rubbish, I got a stock reply and then no further response. The area is also VERY noisy, though that isn't the flat's fault.

    Best comfortable location for central Bologna

    Fantastic location for historic Bologna, spacious, clean with great facilities. Very helpful Homeby staff

    It’s not quiet being by a piazza and in the Uni. area. But there was a buzz about being there
