    Great location, great host, lovely rooftop terrace, bad bathroom.

    The location was great, and the host was wonderful. We loved the rooftop terrace even if it was a head banger to get there. Stefano was wonderful giving us information about things to see and do in the city. It was nice to have the washing machine once we figured out how to use it. Instructions would be nice for that.

    Those stairs are steep, but we were warned. Do not plan to stay here if you packed more than carryon suitcases. The bathroom was really the part we liked least. The floor had a little step up to the toilet and shower which was a toe catcher. And they need to install some towel racks or at least some hooks and a shelf to put things on. Also a trash can in the bathroom would be helpful. The shower was really hard to use and there was no place for soap. The hot water was turned up so high that I literally burned my back in the shower on the metal part of the faucet when I bumped into it.

    Perfect!

    Loved our stay here. Met on arrival and shown around the apartment. Also given some tips into what to go see, suggested restaurants and how to get around.

    Nothing, there are stairs to get up, so please keep this in mind if booking.

    Great stay

    Excellent spacious, clean apartment with everything we needed, in the centre of Florence and easy walk to the train station. Loved having a washing machine 10 days into our holiday. Stefano met us at the apartment and gave us some tips on places to visit.

    Some washing powder and milk would have been appreciated but there is a supermarket close. The stairs are a killer so only book if you are fit enough.

    Excellent location in a comfortable apartment, with great welcome from the host

    Excellent location and very comfortable flat

    No major problems, just to note it is on the fourth floor with no lift up some relatively narrow stairs

    Staying in the heart of Florence

    Very spacious. Great location. Very good air conditioning. Excellent communication from Stefano, before and after. A guided map recommendation for things to see and do.

    64 steps up to get to the apartment. Travel light, my friends, and have good legs 😉
