  LAMENTABLE

  LAMENTABLE! Nos mandaron un código que era inválido y todos los días tuvimos que estar esperando a que alguien nos abrirse la puerta del portal. Desde el primer día había un olor raro en la casa, no estaba limpia y tampoco estaban todas las toallas necesarias para las personas que éramos. Intenté hacer el check out 1h más tarde, y tuve que pagar si quería salir más tarde de las 10.00…. En todas las reservas que llevo en Booking, jamás había tenido que salir a esa hora . El aire acondicionado solo funciona bien en el salón, y en el dormitorio principal no hay persiana. Me hicieron pagar una fianza previa de 100 euros y ya me pareció un poco raro. 7 días después de irme , me mandan un mensaje diciendo que había toallas sucias y una paleta de cocinar en mal estado y me restan 48 euros de la fianza. Sin duda el peor alojamiento en el que he estado. No volvería ni aunque fuese gratis!

  Decepción

  La ubicación. El apartamento es muy amplio.

  Falta de limpieza; supuestas obras que no fueron limpiadas posteriormente. Cocina, encimera, suelos, sucios.... Persiana de cuarto rota... en definitiva... bonito apartamento pero muy poco cuidado... te pedían fotos de todos los desperfectos..... para nada... porque ni nos limpiaron el apartamento después de quejarnos ni nos solucionaron nada....muy caro para lo que ofrecen. Ni siquiera un jabón en el baño... la verdad que me decepcionó bastante.

  This apartment is cozy and beautiful, but…

  When booking, please note that you must pay a €100 deposit, as per their terms and conditions. This deposit will be refunded within seven working days. But I waited 10 working days, and I needed two official letters asking when I would get my money back? They were very apologetic about the delay. But why do I care about their problems if I left the apartment in perfect condition? Just in case, I made a video of entering and leaving this apartment to prove that we didn’t break anything there. If you are an anxious and impatient person, I highly recommend you not to book this apartment.

  We booked another accommodation, but got this instead. There was no view from any window, just straight out to the next building wall, but the apartment we booked had a view of the harbor and the sea. The shower head was broken. I reported this immediately, but it was not fixed during the two weeks we stayed there. It was not possible to flush the toilet normally, but you had to lift the lid of the watercontainer and push the pin down there. I also reported this immediately, but nothing was done about it. In addition to this, the apartment was dirty, especially the kitchen. There was a strangt smell in the bedroom, maby a musty smell.
