    Es hat alles gepasst.

    Wir hatten in Marienbad bereits verschiedene Unterkünfte als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern. Diese Wohnung lag in der Ersten Etage (ohne Aufzug) mit großem Flur, wo auch ein Kinderwagen außerhalb der Wohnung abgestellt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist mit allen wichtigen Sachen ausgestattet, um problemlos Essen oder Trinken zubereiten zu können. Auch für die eigene Wäschepflege ist alles vorhanden. Das Ergebnis der Waschmaschine könnte etwas trockener sein. Bei Sonnenschein ist es möglich, die Wäsche dann nachträglich auf dem Balkon zu trocknen. Die Toilette ist von dem Badezimmer getrennt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. 10/10

    Mir ist aufgefallen, dass keine Rauchmelder verbaut sind. Dies hätte ich mir als Standard gewünscht. Ich muss dazu sagen, dass wir Erfahrungen mit einem Wohnungsbrand im Wohnhaushaus (Deutschland) erlebt haben. Andere sehen das wahrscheinlich nicht so ernst. Preis: Der Preis ist OK, könnte aber etwas weniger sein.
