House Rules and Additional Information Pool IMPORTANT!!!! For reasons beyond our control and as determined by the homeowners’ association, the pool will be CLOSED during FERIA WEEK (mid-August). The pool is shared with the building’s residents, so the rules established by the homeowners’ association must be followed at all times. Pool hours are set by the community and may vary. Check-in Access to the accommodation is via a code, so nighttime check-ins are free of charge. If you request an in-person check-in, the following surcharges will apply: From 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM → €20 From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM → €30 From 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM → €40 Bedding and Towels Bedding and towels are provided (per person per stay). Stays longer than 6 nights: additional towels are provided as a courtesy. Stays of less than 6 nights or additional requests: Set of towels: €10 Set of bedding (sheets + towels): €15 Use of towels (Important) It is strictly prohibited to use the towels to remove makeup. Towels stained with makeup or irreversibly damaged may be charged at €10 per towel. Noise Playing loud music in the apartment is not permitted, out of respect for the neighbors. Trash It is prohibited to leave trash bags in the building’s common areas. Keys Please keep your keys with you at all times. Assistance to open the door after 9:00 PM: €25 If keys are lost or left in the lock, the guest will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
