It is not allowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for the neighbours. It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the building's common areas. Please always carry your keys. The trip to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 09:00 will cost EUR 25. Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or duplicating the keys will be borne by the guest. Makeup-stained or irreparably stained towels can be claimed by the customer for replacement. The cost is EUR 10 per towel. Please note that all guests, including children, need to provide a valid ID at check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.     Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar, zudem Busstation 2 Minuten entfernt. Straße ist eine ganz normale Verkehrsstraße. Wir konnten keinen übermäßigen Lärm feststellen. Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Kleine Terrasse mit Möglichkeit, auch mal seinen Kaffee draußen zu trinken.

    Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer könnte leiser sein und der Eingangsflur im Haus roch etwas muffig. Der Fußboden hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Aber ansonsten alles gut.

    Ein tollen Service (check-in). Super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist super zentral. Man erreicht alles sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus.

    Das Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer/ Küche ist direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Aber das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten raus und super ruhig

    Dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum. Apartament czysty, wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, może poza ekspresem do kawy. Działał Netflix i ogólnie wszystko ok. Mogłam zostawić wcześniej bagaż, co bardzo doceniam. Dobrze działa klimatyzacja.

    Nie działał link do check-in i otwarcia drzwi, ale kontakt był możliwy na What's up i było ok.
