The trip to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 9pm will cost 25 euros. -Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be assumed by the guest. "IMPORTANT: Makeup-stained or irreparably stained towels can be claimed by the customer for replacement. The cost is 10€/towel." Automatic check-in Check-in can be automatic. You will be sent a personal code on the day of your arrival. In-person check-in For nighttime arrivals, if the guest wishes to be attended to personally, we will be delighted to welcome them. This service will incur an additional charge starting from 8:00 PM. External noise (central location) Due to the central location of the accommodation, it is possible that there may be disturbances from external noises (passersby on the street or entering their homes, neighbors, parties, or construction work). Muy recomendable
Apartamento muy bien ubicado en el centro de Málaga, tranquilo por la noche. Cocina con menaje bastante completo y lavavajillas. Dispone de dos baños, lo cual es de agradecer en apartamentos con varias habitaciones. Habitaciones de buen tamaño. La comunicación con los propietarios fue fluida y el check-in / check-out muy sencillos. En general, una opción recomendable para familias o grupos de amigos.
Una de las habitaciones está en un piso superior con escalera de caracol, a tener en cuenta en caso de personas con problemas de movilidad o niños pequeños. Tuvimos incidencias con algunos electrodomésticos (no pudimos usar el aire acondicionado de la habitación superior porque goteaba muchísimo, la cafetera perdía agua), lo reportamos al hacer el check-out y nos respondieron rápidamente que lo revisarían. Hay aparcamiento cercano pero es caro (28 € / día).

Perfect location, quiet and cozy apartment & wonderful stay!
The location is perfect – just a 2–3-minute walk from the nearest parking area, right in the charming narrow streets of the Old Town. The apartment has three double beds, making it perfectly comfortable for up to six people. The self-check-in process was very easy, and communication with the host was smooth and efficient. There are plenty of shops, bakeries, and the Central Market nearby, where you can find everything you need for food and groceries. Despite its central location, the apartment is surprisingly quiet, even with the windows open, thanks to its position on the fifth floor. Everything was very clean, cozy, and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment!

The property is a perfect location for a stay in the centre of Malaga.
This property is a fabulous location in the centre of Malaga, everything was within walking distance, through beautiful streets. Also a very close walk to the marina and beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the location that are all only a short walk away. The property was very clean and comfortable.
