Please note that the swimming pool is shared with the neighbors of the building and you must respect the pool rules established by the community. Please note that there is an extra charge for late check-in starting from 20:00 as follows: -From 20:00 to 21:00 EUR 20. -From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 30. -From 00:00 to 2 am EUR 40. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided (per person and per stay). For stays longer than 6 nights we offer an additional change of towels as a courtesy. For stays of less than 6 nights you will have to pay at the property for the following extra charges: 10€ per set of towels if required by the guest. IMPORTANT: Makeup-stained or irreparably stained towels can be claimed by the customer for replacement. The cost is 10€/towel. -It is not allowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for the neighbors. -It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the common areas of the building. -Please, always carry your keys with you. The trip to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 9pm will cost 25 euros. Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be assumed by the guest. - The swimming pool has daily opening hours that vary between the winter and summer seasons. Self check‑in Check‑in can be done automatically. A personal access code will be sent to you on the day of arrival. External noise (central location) Due to the property’s central location, some external noise may occur (pedestrians on the street, neighbors entering their homes, nearby parties or construction work). Please note that this will not be grounds for any type of compensation. Guest registration (mandatory by law) Please note that all guests, regardless of age, must complete the legal registration form in accordance with Spanish regulations (Order INT/321/2021 and Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with minors, the type of family relationship must be indicated. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in denied access to the property, and no compensation will apply.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
