Veel geluidsoverlast, appartement ligt ook gelijkvloers aan de inkom, maar je hoort werkelijk alles. Zelfs tot laat in de nacht hoor je mensen binnenkomen. Je hoort hun dan veel te luid babbelen alsook de inkomdeur van het appartementsgebouw is ook zeer luid en de deur van het appartement is heel slecht geïsoleerd. Het zetelbed staat midden in de keuken, waardoor je daar dus een zeer slechte nachtrust hebt door het lawaai. Zetelbed is ook verouderd en klapt niet meer goed in. Er zijn ook nauwelijks of zeer weinig stopcontacten aanwezig in het appartement. De schuifkast is de slaapkamer gaat ook heel de tijd vanzelf open. De wc zijn doortrekknop is halfstuk. Er zijn op verschillende plekken in het appartement verschillende scheuren in de muren. Geen goede zonnewering of rolluik aan de ramen en geen goede verluchting badkamer. Sproeier in het bad is ook niet goed afgesteld waardoor je slecht kan douchen. Er is ook geen koffiemachine voorzien.

The company was extremely helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance. The location of the flat is great, just a few blocks from the edge of the Old Town. The seaside is also within easy walking distance. There are plenty of shops nearby.
The apartment had been flooded sometime before our arrival, which affected some of the walls and caused the paint to peel. There was also mould on the wall in the bedroom. In addition, we found ants in both the kitchen and the bathroom. Paint was also peeling from the ceiling in the living room. We had no aater for several hours one day due to a broken instalation outside the corridor.
