For stays of less than 6 nights, the following additional fees must be paid on site: EUR 10 per set of towels upon request by the guest. -Loud music is not allowed in the apartment out of respect for the neighbors. -It is forbidden to deposit rubbish bags in the common areas of the building. -Please always carry your keys with you. Going to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 9:00 p.m. will cost 25 euros. - Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be borne by the guest. "IMPORTANT: Towels stained with makeup or irreparably stained may be claimed by the client for replacement. The cost is 10€/towel. -We also have the option of collecting the key from a box in case of late check-in, this option is completely free and therefore we do not wait for you in person.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.     Jättebra vistelse . Fantastiskt läge .

    Läget och terrassen . Välstädat och väldigt lätt incheckning . Trevligt bemötande .

    Möblerna på uteplatsen var lite slitna och en solstol var även trasig . Lite lite porslin .

    Wunderschönes und zentral gelegenes Appartement mit toller Terrasse

    Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Zentrum, dennoch empfanden wir bei geschlossenen Fenstern keine Lärmbelästigung. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gab zwar keinen Backofen- bitte beachten bevor ihr Pizza kauft ;), das hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Es war super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage half uns durch die warmen Nächte. Für unsere zweite Woche lag bei Ankunft direkt ein zweites Handtuch- Set und Bettwäsche bereit. Es gibt ausreichend Platz im Kleiderschrank und das Bett war nicht zu weich und dadurch sehr bequem. Ein Highlight ist definitiv die schöne große Terrasse. Mit dem dazu gebuchten Platz in der nahe gelegenen Parkgarage hat auch alles gut geklappt. Die Mädels vom Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war über WhatsApp sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Auch bei der Vermittlung des Flughafen Transfers waren sie behilflich. Es gibt eigentlich einen Fahrstuhl, der aber defekt war, als wir dort waren. Wenn er wieder funktioniert wertet er das Appartement nochmal auf. Wir waren dennoch rundum zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

    Es gibt nichts zu meckern. :)

    The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished and very well equipped.. The terrace was absolutely perfect — a great place to relax and enjoy the stay. We felt very comfortable here and would definitely love to come back.

    Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Eine Sonnen-Terrasse kann man nicht erwarten. Hier konnten wir gemütlich Frühstücken und am Abend den Klängen der Nacht lauschen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
