Un bel appartamento spazioso e pulito.
Il climatizzatore non funzionava bene, affacciato alla Rambla rendeva la posizione ottima ma tanto rumore soprattutto la notte !

NO RUNNING WATER AND NO REFUND
Few hours after checking in, the water stopped flowing from the sinks, showers and toilets. We had to insist to get a plumber, who came 12 hours after we signalled the issue, and said nothing was wrong and we didn’t cause the problem, but was unable to restore the water flow. The host did not reply to our requests of being moved to another apartment or being refunded because they were “reviewing and handling the situation”. After communicating us they had found nothing wrong in the house (still without resorting the water flow), they put an AI agent to manage out chat. I tried calling both their office and 24/7 emergency number, but they hanged up all the times I called. We were left without running water for effectively 24 hours. We were forced to interrupt our stay in this property after the first of 4 nights we had booked. After we contacted booking’s customer service who contacted them, they wrote us an email saying we would have gotten a full refund. Little did we know that it was a complete lie. They do not intend to give us a dime back, and Booking isn’t helping either. Booking was unable to “reach an agreement” with them and gave us travel credits of 255€, which is 15% of what we have payed for this reservation. Disgusting and unacceptable. This should have been an automatic 100% refund as the apartment was not fit for residential use. YOU GUYS ARE CRIMINALS AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RENT ANYTHING TO ANYONE.
