    good spot for transitioning to a new life in Madrid. the area is interesting and economical, with nearby parks and playg

    relatively spacious for the price. skylights are nice. the terrace is excellent

    some maintenance issues like a broken oven. showers are incredibly tiny and the upstairs one needs a deep cleaning and drain declogging.
