  La situación respecto a la playa es muy buena. Se llega en cinco minutos andando. El edificio es prácticamente nuevo y el apartamento tiene buenas vistas a la piscina El aire acondicionado, que es imprescindible para las fechas veraniegas, tiene instalación en todas las habitaciones

  Sigue teniendo ellos de años anteriores, que no han solucionado. No tiene percheros ni toalleros en los baños. Poca vajilla y cubertería para cuatro personas, por lo que hay que estar usando continuamente el lavavajillas entre comidas. Hay que pensar que este apartamento es de tres habitaciones y van a alojarse el menos esa cantidad. En la vajilla faltan muchos utensilios. La piscina está bien pero se llena completamente de vecinos que no cumplen las normas de la misma. Parece que tienen derecho a hacer lo que les da la gana porque son propietarios (jugar al balón, por ejemplo)

  Erg genoten van ons verblijf.

  Niet ver van het strand en op 10 minuten lopen naar de boulevard. Appartement wat ruim en netjes. Van alle gemakken voorzien. En heerlijk nog einde van de dag in zwembad kunnen zwemmen.

  Matrassen vonden wij zelf iets te hard. Maar dat was voor een weekje prima.

  Climatisation non entretenue et fonctionnant mal dans une chambre. Appartement pour 6 mais pas de vaisselle suffisante. Piscine hors service deux jours. Canalisation bouchée dans la salle de bain par le sable. Meuble, vaisselle en mauvais état .

  A good solid and quite base for exploring La Pineda and surrounding areas, close to the promenade.

  These are nice, safe, clean and well-equipped apartments, just a couple of hundred metres away from La Pineda's main promenade. There's a decent supermarket at 200m, and a hefty collection of cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The grounds are very well kept and the pool I have to say is lovely. I get the impression that most of the apartments are residential / long term lettings, which gives a nicer, more relaxed / family vibe than perhaps other apartment blocks where people tend to be louder / more boisterous.

  The check-in process could have been explained better. After arriving at the location and wandering around a little aimlessly, I eventually worked out we had to pick up the keys in Home & Go's main office (about 300m away). This may have been explained to me by email and if so I missed it. But it wasn't explained in subsequent messages from the host. A small gripe, and perhaps more of an advisory note.
