    3 days (and night) of hell

    Many things went wrong during my stay. First of all, I had problems with the electrical outlets. Only one (!) was working, near the bathroom sink (which, incidentally, was located outside the bathroom itself). As a result, I had to move the heavy table and chairs next to the sink so that I could put my computer on the table. I reported the problem, but the staff were unable to resolve it. I was told to get an extension cord from the front desk, but the staff member there did not speak English. In the end, he gave me an extension cord that was too short. As a result, I spent my entire three-night stay working with my computer next to the sink. Furthermore, the room was always far too hot, even though it was October. I tried to turn on the air conditioning, but the remote control had buttons labelled only in Korean, and there were no instructions in English. Whenever I used the remote control, the heating came on instead of the air conditioning. I reported this problem as well, but received no response. In the end, I spent all three nights sweating as if it were the middle of summer. There were also no instructions on how to operate the washing machine, which made it completely useless to me. On top of all this, the elevators were far too slow, with only two serving more than 20 floors. The breakfast was extremely limited, repetitive, and clearly catered mainly to East Asian tastes. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

    La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de Seoul. La cama es cómoda y está todo bien equipado.

    La limpieza era un poco regular, solo hacían la cama no muy bien y cambiaban las toallas.
