    Dirty bathroom

    The location was good

The whole apartment was not cleaned. The bathroom sink had toothpaste stains with dried old hair in it. The waterknob of the shower had a big, crusty layer of limestone and mold stains. Etc. After contacting the host, he sent us someone to clean who refused to clean and shouted at us for whatever reason. The host promised to reimburse the cleaning fee, which he had not reimbursed eventually.
