    Convenient enough if you are minimalist..

    Location.. Suitable for parents to visit their children if they are studying in the nearby learning establishments. Also near to the mosque, sundry stores and restaurants.. All are within walking distance.. Washing machine is available… The host was also helpful enough..

    Better to have tv with conventional channels rather than the smart ones.. Not all guests are I.T savvy..
