Affordable, comfortable
The homeowner is friendly and answers all questions about the house.
During a heavy rain at night, the kitchen roof leaked and the floor became wet. Repairs are needed for the kitchen roof and the outdoor light. Nevertheless, the house is still very worthwhile to live in as it is affordable, spacious, clean, and comfortable.
