    Εξαιρετική!

    Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική! Βολεύει το περπάτημα προς το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης, αν και πλησίον υπάρχει στάση του Μετρό. Βρίσκεται σε ευθεία νοητή πάνω από τα Λαδάδικα. Τριγύρω υπάρχουν καταστήματα και για φαγητό και για καφέ, από το πρωί έως το βράδυ. Το πρωί η περιοχή έχει τον χαρακτήρα μιας κλασικής γειτονιάς. Το βράδυ μεταμορφώνεται σε στέκι με μπαράκια. Ο πεζόδρομος και η μη διέλευση αυτοκινήτων εξυπηρετεί πολύ. Η καθαριότητα φαινόταν παντού. Βοηθητική κάθε παροχή του διαμερίσματος. Διαθέτει όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος ένοικος από μία έως και 10 και 15 ημέρες: πληντύριο απλώστρα, ψύξη ή θέρμανση αναλόγως την εποχή χρήσης του διαμερίσματος, καθαρά σεντόνια και καθαρές πετσέτες που ο ιδιοκτήτης αφήνει επιπλέον, χαρτί υγείας, καθαριστικά, σακούλες απορριμμάτων, μαξιλάρια, σίτες και ανάκληση στα παράθυρα, ηχομόνωση σε μεγάλο βαθμό, φωτισμός εντός διαμερίσματος πολύ καλός, πόρτα ασφαλείας και στην είσοδο του κτηρίου και στο διαμέρισμα. Εξαιρετικές οι παροχές! Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενικός και επικοινωνιακός, αναμένει τον ενοικιαστή, παραδίδει ο ίδιος τα κλειδιά, επικοινωνεί άμεσα, ανταποκρίνεται σε όλα άμεσα. Μπράβο!

    Θα προτιμούσα η πίεση του νερού στην ντουζιέρα να είναι πιο έντονη και το WiFi ισχυρότερο στο σήμα του.

    דירה מדהימה ומרווחת. סופר מאובזרת. נקיה . מזגן בכל חדר. מקלחת שווה . נמצאת בלב המרכז אבל על מדרחוב שקט. יש חניה (בתשלום ) 30 מטר משם או ברחובות מסביב (מצאנו!) .. נחזור שוב !

    הכל היה מושלם !
