    The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, warm, and welcoming. Throughout my stay, I genuinely felt welcomed and appreciated, which made a positive difference to my experience. The kitchen was also clean, which I appreciated. While I had concerns regarding the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property, I want to acknowledge the exceptional hospitality demonstrated by the staff. Their warmth and genuine care were certainly highlights of my stay.

    The property was poorly maintained, and the overall standard of cleanliness was extremely disappointing. The couch and chairs were visibly filthy, and the rug had such an unpleasant odor that I felt uncomfortable walking barefoot. The toilet bowl was in desperate need of a thorough deep cleaning, and the ironing board was dirty and remained stuck throughout my entire stay, making it unusable. Overall, the condition of the property fell well below acceptable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance. These issues significantly affected my comfort and overall experience.

    Location was nice room size was awesome

    Homewood suite location was extremely good staff was nice Room size was amazing bath tub needed a good deep cleaning furniture & mattresses needs replacement bad I have a few pics to support my statement so if they get better mattresses & sofa that would make a difference

    The mattresses & sofa worn-out bath tub had what looks like bad permanently rings around the tub or in bad need of a really good cleaning I had to pad the bed with pillows the get rest
